The well-equipped kitchen caters to your every wish. Here you’ll find everything you need to whip up a culinary storm. And, of course, there’s also a gas BBQ grill for you to use.

Villa Cape Royal has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:

The two guest bedrooms share a bathroom with WC and shower.

For entertainment, there are 3 large flat-screen TV’s. For sporty guests, 2 bikes are available to use free of charge. This luxury villa, which was newly built in 2015, has a spacious floor plan, stylish furnishings, a large pool with separate spa/hot tub and leaves nothing to be desired. Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed night after night from the large terrace or while lounging in the pool with an exotic drink. 
The pool can be heated via electric pool heating. A gas BBQ is also available for use.
 
Villa White Bird has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 

• A master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite master bathroom.
• A guest bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite master bathroom.
• A guest bedroom with queen-size bed. 
• A guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom shower/toilet.

 
Each bedroom is equipped with a television.
 
There is a pool table in the living room to add some fun and entertainment to your vacation routine.
 
 
LocationVilla White Bird is located in a very quiet setting in the very west of Cape Coral and is close to the nature reserve. Within a few minutes' walk you will find several restaurants and a Starbucks cafe. Shopping facilities such as Publix, Lowes and a Home Depot are just a few minutes away by car.

Villa Endless Summer is a high quality, luxurious villa with an open and light room design. The villa has been comprehensively and comfortably furnished and equipped with much passion.
The villa has a generous veranda with a pool and spa. The pool and the spa can be heated electrically. The cozy dining area and lounge have enough space for 6 people.

In the Villa Endless Summer there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

Villa Blue Lagoon is a newly renovated, lovingly furnished villa with a magnificent water view. Thanks to the southern exposure you can enjoy the sun all day long on the terrace and by the pool.
Villa Blue Lagoon consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

The well-maintained outdoor area offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The pool can be heated electrically as well with solar energy. And you will surely get the best steaks from the BBQ gas grill. Villa Blue Lagoon is an excellent location for a boat, so we recommend renting. 
From the jetty you can watch manatees and numerous fish. Explore the lakes and waterways with the in-house canoe. Another highlight of the villa is the in-house "Beach Zone" with real shells.
LocationVilla Blue Lagoon is located at one of the eight lakes in the southwest of Cape Coral in a very well-kept neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also very close is the exclusive marina "Tarpon Point" with its small boutiques and nice restaurants. The Rotary Park is only a short walk away for walking and jogging.

Villa Lancaster is just perfect for a relaxing vacation in Florida. The villa convinces all along the line - also in terms of interior design. From the spacious living area with modern seating area and large flat screen TV you enter the open kitchen area with kitchen counter.
On the large patio you can enjoy the sun all day, refresh yourself in the pool and Jacuzzi and afterwards eat together at the large table what you have prepared on the grill and in the small but fine outdoor kitchen.
In the colder season, the pool can be heated electrically.

LocationVilla Sunpoint is on a quiet street without through traffic. In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the yacht harbor with the only sand beach in Cape Coral. 
We absolutely recommend that our guests rent a boat. The beautiful location directly on the river, which leads into the Gulf of Mexico, is the perfect boating location. The islands Sanibel Island and Captiva can be reached quickly and easily by boat.

Villa Thunderbird is situated in a prime location on the 8-Lakes and offers a gorgeous view of the water. The villa has an excellent boating location, so we recommend renting a boat.

The open plan living area with modern sofas offers plenty of space for family and friends or for a vacation for two. In the fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. For the perfect BBQ evening, a gas grill is at your disposal.

The terrace and pool deck are facing east, enjoy the sun already during breakfast. On the spacious boat dock with sunbathing platform you can relax in the deck chairs or enjoy the spectacular sunset with a delicious drink.

Villa Stirling is the perfect villa for boaters. A very short boat trip without bridges and locks leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico.
The villa is very comfortably furnished and has a spacious, bright living room with comfortable seating and a TV.
